Yousales Pty Ltd is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party websites before using these sites. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Information we collect via the Yousales Website and Social Media

If you choose to engage with any of the services provided on our online channels, we collect information in two ways:

  • Information you provide (Personal Information). If you want to join our social media communities, we have access to your public profile, which may for example include your name and photo.
  • Information we get from your interaction with our services (aggregated information – collected in an anonymous form). For example, we may identify the type of device you use to access our services, age, gender and interests through third-party vendors such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and Twitter Analytics.

If you access social media/subscription channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Reviews and YouTube, you should be aware that any information you post onto such media is available for the public to see. You should therefore check your individual privacy settings for profiles and accounts on social media networks and their privacy policies. We strongly recommend that you regularly check and configure the privacy settings for your profiles and accounts to make sure that you know what information you are making available and to which audience.

Sharing of personal information on Yousales social channels, including through closed groups, is done on the onus of the individual posting. Any third-party personal information, including but not limited to email addresses and phone numbers, should be shared only with the express consent of the individual to whom the information pertains. The administrators of Yousales social channels reserve the right to remove posts without consulting the poster where issues of consent or data privacy are deemed to be of concern.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following:

  • Third parties where you consent to the use or disclosure; and
  • Where required or authorised by law.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Yousales will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information. If you have left comments on the Yousales website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
